Papua New Guinea Program Manager, IWDA, Australia
This position takes key responsibility for the coordination and implementation of the Papua New Guinea program partnerships. Working with overseas partners, the Program Manager will manage a portfolio of projects that address IWDA’s strategic priorities. The Program Manager will also contribute to organisational monitoring, evaluation and learning, working groups, funding submissions and public communications.
You will work in collaboration with another Program Manager, PNG and line manage the Program Coordinator, PNG.
As a senior member of the Programs team you will contribute to wider program development at IWDA, including organisation monitoring, evaluation and learning, working groups, funding submissions and IWDA communications.

A monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist is required to build capacity of selected Hluttaw staff to establish systems and tools for M&E.
The M&E system is to provide evidence-based reporting to inform strategic planning. The M&E system will contribute to identifying capacity development initiatives that strengthen the institution of the Parliament of Myanmar. The M&E Specialist will develop the capabilities of selected Myanmar staff of the Parliament to effectively carry out the functions of designing and implementing M&E services. This supports the Myanmar Parliament’s goal to establish sustainable institutional capacity building so that training services can be efficiently and effectively managed by the Parliament.

The post is located in the Development Agenda Coordination Division (DACD).
The Division is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the WIPO Development Agenda; serves as the Secretariat for the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP); and facilitates its work in defining actions for the implementation of the Development Agenda recommendations and review of their implementation. The Division also interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and promotes a better understanding of the WIPO Development Agenda and its benefits.
The incumbent is responsible for contributing to the implementation of the Development Agenda and its mainstreaming in the Organization's programs and activities and supports the Organization of the CDIP meetings.
