SYDNEY, NSW (February 02, 2018): Professional Humanitarians and Development Practitioners to benefit from innovative professional development initiatives being launched today by Humanitarian Institute.

The objective of Humanitarian Institute’s professional development short courses is to spur innovations and capacity to solve our world’s greatest challenges - inequality, poverty, food security, learning, gender equity, water access, disaster resilience, governance, health, and security  - by using targeted, cutting edge learning topics and methods.

The newly announced professional development courses will be facilitated through 2018. We are inviting leaders and employees of NGOs, corporations, Governments, social enterprises, startups, and others to learn, connect and develop sustainable solutions to humanity’s biggest challenges.

The programs provide the platform, network, structure, and guidance to equip these leaders with the skillset to validate their ideas, extend the knowledge to their teams, and experiment and prototype responses.

Humanitarian Institute CEO, Cory Steinhauer says: “The professional development courses are action-focused and deliver a unique opportunity for change makers to foster ideas that positively impact the lives of people, can scale and have worldwide impact.”

2018 professional development short courses include the following:
